Most lighting manufacturers offer the possibility of controlling their lighting systems using so-called low-voltage control.That low-voltage control can take many forms and communication protocols. TrolMaster produces several types of lighting adapters (LMA units) that allow the Hydro-x to control lights using their low-voltage control option.
The lantern lighting programme is a lighting routine for vegetable plants that you might find in any university-level horticulture book. It is as follows 12 hours lights on, 5.5 lights off, 1 hour lights on, 5.5 lights off and repeat programme. The 1-hour period between each one tricks the plants into remaining in the vegetative growth state.
This LMA-24 lighting adapter is specially designed to use both channels on the Hydro-X system to create programmed lantern control for any light with a 0-10V protocol. It is compatible with HID such as Gavita / Nanolux / Luxx / Growers Choice / Illuminar / PL and LEDs such as Fluence / Next light / Spectrum King;
